HORROR FESTIVAL HELPS AFFECTED HORROR FANS

As many people are surely aware by now, WB Events is no more. This was the company behind the horror conventions that was in several U.K. cities including the capital of England. While the closure of these horror conventions will be a massive blow to horror fans and traders there is a light at the end of this dark tunnel.

Popcorn Horror runs Glasgow Horror Fest which is now in its fourth year. Since 2011 they have showcased and promoted indie horror creators and they have an offer on right now for anyone affected by the closure of the WB Events.

Popcorn Horror HQ are offering £10 off all tickets for Glasgow Horror Fest this Halloween to anyone affected by these recent event closures and was planning to attend Bristol Horror Con, London Horror Con, Birmingham Horror Con, or Edinburgh Horror Con.

That means folks can get an all access, two-day pass for the full weekend with us. Tickets cover ALL shows, films, areas and attractions taking place over the two days. That means you can get a ticket for £26.99, and have an entire Halloween weekend of horror entertainment.

Those interested can email (cara@popcornhorror.com) with a quick screenshot of a booking for any cancelled horror event, and they will send a code for booking.

Glasgow Horror Fest will surely have something for all horror fans with each floor at the festival full of things to do.

Bottom floor is very much a convention hub - with stalls, artists and vendors, demos of FX/costumes etc., horror book and comic shop, free to play retro horror games, live monsters and tattooed mermaids.

The top floor will have feature films, shorts, the classic HOUSE ON HAUNTED HILL...in EMERGO, monster FX demos, a horror musical, demonic burlesque, industry panels/Q&As, guest speakers on topics ranging from sleep paralysis to horror gaming.

There's also an escape room game in a nearby second venue on the Saturday night.

This years festival is Saturday 27th & Sunday 28th October 2018

Saturday: 11:30AM – 11PM
Sunday: 1 PM – 11PM
