Psycho Path drops a chilling new trailer

THE NORTH EAST’S biggest scream park is promising huge scares this year, after revealing a terrifying teaser trailer for the event.

Psycho Path, at Lintz Hall Farm, Burnopfield, is set to return bigger than ever before in autumn, with a variety of new attractions in store.

And while thrill seekers may have to wait a few more months before they can experience it in person, the trailer offers a sneak peek of the gruesome creatures lurking in the shadows this year.

The event takes place on Fridays and Saturdays throughout October, with scares designed around a number of common fears.

Outdoor trail Psycho City takes inspiration from a post-apocalyptic landscape, where visitors have to navigate a seemingly deserted wasteland, while those feeling brave can venture into iScream to explore a disorientating house of horrors.

Stage Fright offers a respite from the scares with a huge street food and drink village and a variety of entertainment, while work is currently taking place on two new terrifying attractions still to be revealed.

Matt Smyth of 700 Acres Ltd, which owns Psycho Path, believes the trailer captures the spirit of the event.

“We always want to build on our ideas to make each year even bigger and better than the last and the scares we have in store this time are really something special,” he said.

“Those who have been to the event before will know that our scare actors are always at the top of their game and the trailer offers a glimpse into our inspiration for this year’s scream park.

“We have some really exciting plans still under wraps which we can’t wait to share and we will be pulling out all of the stops this Halloween.”

Tickets start at £23 and any children aged 13 to 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. To book, or for more information, visit https://www.psycho-path.co.uk/
